- Initial setup. Player 1 has the disc. Player 2 sets up 10m form the disc. Defender D1 sets up as a poach in the open lane.
- 2 makes an under cut looking to receive the disc from 1. 2 is not allowed to make any decisions - he simply runs in a straight line into the open, under space. D1 must not get beaten by 2.
