- Initial setup. Take note of the extra separation that 2 has from the other players in the stack. The first option is to look for a possible ‘German’ throw to 2 on the break side.

- Scenario 2 - 2 cuts laterally to the open side. If 2 is open, 1 throws into space for 2. See related drill: https://www.flikulti.com/drills/downfield-lateral-cut/
- If 2 is not open...

- If 2 is not open...
- 2 clears. The next cutter at the front of the stack, 3, becomes 3H. 3 cuts directly back towards the disc.
