- Initial setup. Set up with all 7 defense players in a cup zone with mark, break, center, alley, open side wing, break side wing and deep. Offence sets up with 3 handlers, 2 poppers and 2 wings. After any turn overs, offence can not start until defence has fully set up their positions.
- All movements and throws are allowed. The deep’s job is to deter deep throws.
