Triangle Forcing
Triangle Forcing: 1, 2 and 3 form a triangle, roughly 10m apart from each other. D1 applies a one-way force to 3. 1 and 2 are stationary receivers.
- Initial setup. 1, 2 and 3 form a triangle, roughly 10m apart from each other. D1 applies a one-way force to 3. 1 and 2 are stationary receivers.
- 1 is in position to receive an inside pass. 2 is in position to receive an around pass. The mark’s job is to try and effectively cover these options. For the first 4 seconds the thrower will look to throw to 1.
- For counts 5-10, the thrower will to 2. If either of these respective options are open during that part of the stall, the thrower may throw to the receiver. D1 should apply a force 4 or 5 times in a row before participants rotate.
