Triangle Throwing: Three players – 1, 2, 3 – form an equilateral triangle with each side between 3-10m long; choose a distance that matches your offence.

Initial setup. Three players – 1, 2, 3 – form an equilateral triangle with each side between 3-10m long; choose a distance that matches your offence.
1 swings to 2.
2 catches, pivots and throws to 3. Repeat this process, throwing around the triangle as many times as you wish, then change direction.
