Triangle Marking

Triangle Marking: All we need is a thrower and a marker. 2 here can easily be a marker cone, tree, or other visual aid.

Set up with a one-way mark.
The thrower steps out to threaten the around throw, and the marker moves to block that throw. This is the "Anticipation" part of marking. Note how this now opens up a channel for the inside throw. See related drill: https://www.flikulti.com/drills/marker-movement-one-way/
The thrower now pivots forwards to threaten the inside lane. The marker therefore drops backwards into the throwing lane to prevent that inside throw.
The marker has dropped off to prevent the inside break, but is now far from the thrower and leaving a lot of attacking angles available.
Finally, the marker closes back in to re-establish a good marking position and apply pressure.
