Initial setup. A handler, 1, starts with the disc in the middle of the width of the field. A cutter, 2, starts at the back of the stack, approximately 8-12m directly downfield from 1. Another cutter, 3, stands directly in front of 2, and a third cutter, 4, stands directly in front of 3. The rest of the cutters line up in the stack, with the front player no closer than 5m to 1.
The two players at the back of the stack - 2 and 3 - make decisive cuts underneath, one each to either side of the field; it doesn’t matter who goes to which side. The aim of this is to drag the deepest defenders underneath.
The player now at the back of the stack - 4 - is likely to be fronted, and so should have a free line to the endzone. 4 cuts directly deep through the gap for the throw from 1. Alternatively, throw to 2 or 3 for a gain on the under cut.
