- Initial setup. A handler, 1, starts with the disc near the sideline. A reset handler, 2, stands perpendicular to 1 in the middle of the width of the field. A third handler, 3, stands on the far sideline level with 1 and 2. All remaining players start in a stack, with the front player, 4, no further than 10m from the disc, and the stack angled away from the disc.
- 1 starts with the disc on the left sideline and the stack facing the disc.
- As 1 swings the disc to 2, the stack re-positions to a central position.
- Vertical stack in central position. 2 should wait for the stack to be in position before swinging the disc to 3.
- 2 swings to 3; the stack should re-position again to face the disc on the right sideline. See related drill: https://www.flikulti.com/drills/sideline-dump/
- Final stack position with disc on right sideline.
- 3 swings back to 2; stack moves into a central position. See related drill: https://www.flikulti.com/drills/sideline-dump/
- Stack back in central position.
