Pitch: 30m x 24m x 8m. On right side of line, receivers are only allowed run away from thrower (towards endzone). On left side of line, receivers are only allowed run towards thrower or across to other side.
Play a game as normal with centre line rule.
Instruct defenders to 'force' the thrower to the left side of the pitch.
