Initial setup. Three handlers, 1, 2 and 3, spread themselves across the width of the field, the disc with 22222 in the middle of the field. An offensive popper, 4, stands 15m downfield from 2 in a box measuring 18m x 18m in the middle of the field. Three defenders, D1, D2 and D3, position themselves in front of 2 to prevent passes to 4.
1, 2 and 3 are acting as swings and are therefore fairly static, rather than running downfield.
