Initial setup. Players 1, 2 and 3 set up as handlers. 2 has the disc. Player 4, 5, and 6 set as receivers 15m away. Defenders D1, D2, D3 form a cup around 2.
1,2 and 3 swing the disc slowly between them. D1, D2 and D3 must move as a unit to prevent 4, 5 or 6 from receiving the disc.
If a gap opens between the defenders, then the player with the disc must throw to one of the receivers.
