- Initial setup. Position 4 cones in a square, roughly 12m a side. Inside the square, position a cone roughly 0.75m diagonally away from one outer cone. In the opposite corner, position another inner cone roughly 2.5m diagonally away from outer cone. In the other two corners, position cones roughly 1.5m diagonally away from outer cone. All these distances can be adjusted to increase or decrease the difficulty for the defender.
- Attacker tries to touch outer cone before defender can touch corresponding inner cone.
- Attacker can fake and change direction at any time. This means defender should be ready for these changes and thus not over commit in any direction.
